INDIANPOLIS – Indianapolis Metro Police Department is investigating a shooting that killed a man late Friday night.
According to IMPD, Officers received a call around 11p.m. of a possible person shot in the 3900 block of Ireland Dr.
When officers arrived they located an adult man inside the residence with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to Eskenazi Hospital in very critical condition where he later died.
Police do not have a suspect or motive, but do believe that this is an isolated incident and poses no threat to the community.
