One person has died after a house explosion in Derry, New Hampshire, Thursday afternoon.
Derry Fire Department officials say one person has died and a second was taken to the hospital after the explosion on Goodhue Road.
The homeowner told NBC10 Boston that their mother-in-law and 11-year-old daughter were able to escape the home, but suffered burns.
Video from the area showed a police cruiser blocking off the road and numerous fire department vehicles at the scene.
