SPORTS: LIV GOLF LAS VEGAS The upstart, 13-team pro golf league founded in 2022 by Hall of Famer Greg Norman lands in Las Vegas at a supremely interesting time. Sure, it’s Super Bowl weekend, but the last week has sparked merger talk with LIV and the PGA Tour, which has been forced to line up new investment to continue to compete. No matter how that works out, fans will be able to experience LIV’s “disruptive” and different style of golf (just 54 holes over three days, special team competitions, bigger paydays and an overall more party-ready atmosphere) at the Las Vegas Country Club throughout the weekend, with various ticket levels and hospitality-heavy experiences. Party hole cabana, anyone? Thru 2/10, times vary, $150+, Las Vegas Country Club, livgolf.com. –Brock Radke
